This took 5 minutes to install on Windows 7 and works for me.......
I used my external hard drive (didn't try a flash drive) and through Windows Explorer on my older Windows XP computer with PageMill 3.0 installed went to:
My Computer > Local Disk C: > Program Files > Adobe > PageMill 3.0
I copied the entire PageMill 3.0 folder onto my external hard drive and then on my new Windows 7 computer used Windows Explorer to go to:
Computer > Local Disk (C:) > Program Files (x86) > Adobe (you may have to create this folder if you don't have anything Adobe already installed)
I then copied the entire PageMill 3.0 folder from my external hard drive into the Adobe folder
Double click on the PageMill 3.0 folder you copied onto the Windows 7 computer, scroll down to PageMill with the blue globe and red ring icon, right click on it and then select Create shortcut.
It will say "Windows can't create a shortcut here. Do you want the shortcut to be placed on the desktop instead?".
Click Yes and you're good to go!
